Loading Tip Crash When Using Specific Resources Pack

For some reason when i use this (https://minecraft-pocket.com/mods/mods-1160/2185-customizable-render-dragon-chunk-borders-texture-addon.html) specific recources pack it wont load or just crashes in loading tip both in joining server and realms and joining offline world

 

I dont know about other platforms or other operating system versions but in android 11 this happens to me but in the previous android mcpe versions to which this resource pack supports it works fine
