MCPE-174265Held item positioning is inconsistent across character sizes
The position of items held by character models is widely inconsistent across all sizes. This can be observed by comparing an item's position when changing the character's size.
The item pivots also don't adapt to characters with narrow arms, which should be slightly lower and re-centered.
