Cannot add servers using URL Scheme

In Minecraft 1.19+ there has been this bug
URL Scheme doesn't work properly to add Server to Minecraft.

Take the tutorial at FandomWiki Link↗ as an example, add the Lifeboat server minecraft://?addExternalServer=Lifeboat|sg.lbsg.net:19132 and open Minecraft and you won't see it in the more servers list. net:19132 When you open Minecraft, you can't see it in the More Servers list, and the same is true for adding other third-party servers.
