Minecraft will not move to my SD card and crashes my phone.

Minecraft crashes phone when trying to move to a SD card.

Steps:
1: Settings
2: Apps and Notifications
3: All Apps
4: Go to Minecraft
5: Storage and Cache
6: Change
7: Sandisk SD card
8: Move

Observed Results:
Get's to 90% and crashes my phone and forces a restart and make the SD card not readable by the phone until you eject and insert it back in.

Expected Results:
Moves the app to SD card and allows for storage.
