Item "Book and Quill" getting erased

Bug Happening (Video on Spanish) It turns out that I am recording the world coordinates of places of interest of mine, and when I write down the coordinate of the entrance to a mega cave (in which I have already been), when I close the item and open it again, the whole page has been erased. And it's very annoying.
