Fall damage when standing on chest and interacting with smoker or any other item

This is a world with cheats off, no add-ons or experiments in realm for 2 players but I was the only one offline. The text at the end says "Player fell from an high place". I don't know what an hotfix version is, but the version on my phone says 1.20.12
