block bug

hello, here is my problem that I have as a bug, if you already have them this kind of bug tell me how you did to solve it. here I am doing a project on minecraft (I create a solar system) but when I break blocks it reappears after I go to save and quit. I would like to know solutions to solve this kind of bug, thank you in advance for helping me.
