Minecraft Skin won't work on my end but works on others

I'm here to report that I am currently having difficulties in switching my current skin to my new custom skins I've recently made. The game has constantly told me that these aren't Minecraft skins yet they worked on other people's accounts besides mine so I would like some assistance please.
