store purchase fails

attempted purchase of skin, it starts out and loads up fine, but then gives error "give it another try, some thing went wrong".
I have tried repeatedly over the past week, even turning off kasperski, with no change in results.
OS Win10, 8 gig, AMD A6 1.5 GHz, Toshiba Sat L775
