Ghost water via bubble column

Removing water from a bubble column via dispenser will remove the bubbles and create ghost water. The ghost water can be somewhat interacted with and remains despite the water bucket being refilled from it in the dispenser.

Notes:

• You can't drown in the ghost water
• You are able to swim in the ghost water
• You can't pick it up in an empty bucket
• Ghost water disappears upon logging or reloading the area
• Ghost water does not flow under any circumstances but can be deleted by pushing blocks into it or placing water in it
