problem with the execute command "positioned", "rotated", and "facing" arguments

Hello, I have a problem with the bedrock core on 1.19.80-1.20.12 with the command "execute as @a[tag=1_card] positioned ~~~ at @s run playsound random.orb @p[r=2, c=1, x=0 , y=5, z=19, tag=1_card] ~~~ 0.01" it tells me that this command has an error "positioned ~~~" but when I enter a single world, this error is not there, please fix this error.
this also applies to "rotated" and "facing"
