Cant join worlds

I cant join any worlds on multiplayer..I can join severs and play online there..but making a world and have some one join or me join them is a no go...I have looked up everything to do..I have reset me phone..I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game..I have un added and readded them..I have done everything and can't join..my kids can join. With no problem there on the same phone plane as me...help this is the error I'm getting
