Button for feeding Horse, skeleton horse doesn't allow to feed apple.

After I press the feed button it doesn't feed horse. I think if I did not see carefully, it may have feed the horse/skeleton horse but didn't consume apple, since after trying it, it restored half heart that was needed to get full health for my skeleton horse. Its Surface Pro 1 my tablet.
