Mobile shaders not work

Exists 2 variants of shaders

Mobile- add only dinamic shadow and make blocks brighter.

Windows- dinamic shadows, make blocks brighter and add sun rays.

In new versions mobile shaders not work. Please, fix it. Im youtuber and im want shaders, for record beautiful video.
