Held maps have no lighting when player is crawling

When the player holds a map in either hand while crawling, the light sources around the player are not applied to the map until the player leaves crawl mode. It does not make a difference whether the player is holding the map when entering crawl mode.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

• Start a new world in survival or creative and get the items needed to enter crawl mode.
• Get a map and hold it in either hand.
• Enter crawl mode.

Expected Results:

The map should take on the lighting of the surrounding area.

Observed Results:

The map appears darkened as seen in the attached screenshot.
