Failing to load realms after entering any world/realm or server

Whenever i enter any world realm or server, realms fail to load when i next check after exiting the world. This seems to also disable any online gameplay immediately upon entering worlds as my friends can't join my regular worlds with the error message "connection to server timed out". We both have excellent network connections and have tried across multiple people and devices
