Horses jump bar and camel dash bar doesn’t match hotbar placement

In 1.20.10.23 Preview state:

Horse and Donkey jump bar, and camel dash bar, now scale properly to experience bar (MCPE-156444)

However, after changes horses jump and camel dash bar offset half pixel.

Step to Reproduce:

1. Ride horse, donkey, mule, or camel
2. Jump the horses or dash the camel
3. Observe the jump bar meter both left and right hotbar (picture attached below) 

Observed Results:

The horse jump meter offset half pixel

Expected Results:

The horse jump meter should match the hotbar does
