Lapis Lazuli & Bone Meal no longer work as dyes on signs

Since the 1.20.12 Hotfix Update was released, Lapis Lazuli and Bone Meal no longer work as dyes when changing the colour of text on signs. Instead it opens the interface for editing the sign's text. This also happens when sneaking.
