The issue is using mobile data can not connect to some servers

The issue is using mobile data I can join the hive server on Eu or European, but trying to connect to NA or north America won't work and I've checked it's not a ping issue because it works just fine if I'm using a hotspot. It just doesn't stop loading, I've tried redownload and reloading into the game no fix. Same with life boat and the new server that just opened up. I miss playing with friends please fix it?
