Friends cant join worlds of other Friends

when a Friend tries to join a wolrd from another friend it takes about 5 to load and then it just disconects and bring you back to the main menu 

after trying Restarting Minecraft, Lock-Out and In on the Account, Restart the internet Router, Restart the PC it still didnt fix the Problem
