Dangerous Bug (It broke my tablet and went to hospital Not joking)

I was playing minecraft as usual , building in creative in the ocean monuments then I spawn wither to fight it, I turn to survival then a guardian shoot beams at me then a LOUD sound came and freezes crashes my device and broke it ,I was wearing headset on a HIGH volume, it scared the hell out of me then throw my headset, until I notice that there's something in my ear then I noticed it was blood, my right ear is bleeding I called my parents then we quickly went to hospital. FIX IT ASAP or others will be like me, this is a dangerous bug I've ever encounter.
How to:
Go creative , spawn wither and guardians make sure they are near to you, turns survivadl (lower volume first)

MY EAR , it hurts badly hopefully It will heal quick and can hear again. Not kidding, my parents blame the game.
