Brush bug

Hello, i was just checking some minecraft 1.20 features and when i try to attack using brush and when i stop attacking it never stops and when i change my hotbar slot from brush to any block i dont need to click on place button it starts to place blocks wherever i aim.
(Version=1.20.12 pocket edition)
