/recipe is still highlighted in blue in the chat box

The /recipe command in the latest preview/beta is still highlighted in blue when typing in the command/chat box, even though the recipe unlocking feature is no longer behind experimental toggle. The text should be white since the feature is no longer a dev/experimental feature.
