10 frames per second while jumping and looking around

I'm using a external keyboard and mouse connected to my tablet via USB c, when I look around normally nothing happens it's normal, when I jump while looking around the screen suddenly becomes 10 frames per second, this is not a lagging issue it's a frame issue.

Steps to reproduce:
use a keyboard and mouse and connect them to a USB hub, connect the USB  hub to a USB type c converter, open up Minecraft and look around while jumping

Device specs: 
Xiaomi pad 5
Android 11 RKQ1.200826.002
Screen refresh rate 120hz
MIUI version 13.0.4 stable

Observed Results:
10 frames per second while looking around while jumping

Expected results:
smooth looking around while jumping
