(SOLVED) fill command not working

bug was solved. Solution was: use "=" instead of ":"

original:

fill command does not work with blockstates. 

in this command: /fill ~ ~ ~ ~10 ~10 ~10 concrete  [ "color" : "red" ] the error message "Unexpected ":" at  [ "color" >>:<< "red" ] is given.
