Invisible Player

This player had said that they made a custom skin via a program and uploaded it. Now the player's avatar is invisible and for some reason the nametag does not show too. You can see the player's drops, particles, item that are being held, and armor. This is on a realm. I cannot provide the program, app, or website(s) this player used to make or upload the custom made skin.

To Reproduce:

Make a custom skin via program, website, or app

Then upload the skin to your minecraft account or game

Join a realm

 

What Is Expected: The player has their custom skin

What Happens: The player is invisible

 

I do not know if this player was hacked. If this does not work maybe a hacker joined. If you can find out or cant reproduce this you may close this case.
