Game freezes when villager claims job

Every single time I have been trying to get my new villagers to claim their jobs, the game becomes unplayable. I have lost 8 beds and several job blocks to this issue. It keeps happening over and over, every single time I load into the game, and no matter what I try differently before this happens. I have it on video, but the file is too large, and I can't attach it to show the issue happening.
