Custom skin eye location changes when reload game.

My player's eyes keep on ending up a few pixels above where they should be every time I turn off my Playstation and turn back on. So I have to alternate eyes every time I turn off and on my ps4.

To reproduce:

1. Make a custom skin
2. Close the game
3. Close the device
4. Open the device
5. Launch Minecraft
6. Look at the skin

(Note: This is on ps4)
