Banners with Item Frames

In java edition you can place banners and item frames on the same spot on the wall, but in bedrock, you can only place either a banner or an item frame in one spot. Please fix this! If you did bedrock players would have more building choices.

To Reproduce:

In Java place a banner

then place an item frame on the same spot of the wall

In Bedrock place a banner

then place an item frame on the same spot of the wall

Note the difference
