Random Teleportation To Random Area of the Map Without Doing Anything

Whenever I am playing my creative world, without me doing A SINGLE THING except for waiting a few seconds. And then out of the blue it teleports me to a random part of the flat world. It says this and I quote, "You have been teleported to -2999.50, 34.00, -3699.50". I don't know why it does, is my account hacked?
