When use /w, /msg, or /tell, player names are not suggested for options.

If I attempt to do w, msg or tell command on worlds without cheats enabled it doesn't give me the option of @a, @e, @p or @r if I try to use them it says insufficient permissions for selector expansion and when I'm doing the command it doesn't show my options to who I can send it too.
