Elytras do not deactivate when touching the ground

Observed Behavior:
Activating elytras from the ground occasionally gives you a small speed boost.
If "W" is kept pressed, the elytras do not deactivate when touching the ground, which makes the player stay in the "fly" position until "W" is released

Expected Results:
Elytras should deactivate when touching the ground

Steps to reproduce:

• Have the elytras equipped
• Start running and activate the elytras by jumping repeatedly without using rockets
• They eventually activate with a small boost
• If the "W" key is kept pressed, the elytras will not deactivate when touching the ground
