Fly while gliding with Elytra

For some reason, flying with Elytra doesn't stop the Elytra movement and makes you ten times slower. Even after you made /fill harder and didn't update /give in 1.19.70, you still make really annoying things that I think are bugs but turn out to be kinda bad features. Anyway, please fix this.
