Visual error with new camera command

When you change the game camera with the /camera command, a visual error occurs with potion effects and other visual effects, such as night vision, conduit power, blindness and darkness, but when you are with the normal camera, if they work properly.

This in previous versions worked perfectly, but when upgrading to the new version it began to fail.
