Calibrated sculk sensors at power level 14 do not detect natural spawns

Pretty sure this is a bug since it would be pointless to have sensors detect spawns if it can't detect natural spawns.

Really hope this gets fixed soon, spent 3 days making something pretty cool to test and it works with spawn eggs just not natural spawns and was a big disappointment.
