The appearance of the second dragon egg

Hello, my friend and I killed a dragon on version 1. 19. 73. 02 got a dragon egg. After we switched to version 1.20.0.01. On this version, we resurrected the dragon and after killing it again, a second dragon egg appeared. We didn't copy the egg. This only works if 1 murder occurred on the first version, and the second on the second version. It doesn't work any other way. In the video, I am in creative mode with 1 dragon egg killing a resurrected dragon using the command /kill @e.
