Abandoned Connection closed Errpr

I have a multiplayer world which my friends have been able to join fine until the new update for bedrock, the 1.20.10 and now the error message "Abandoned connection closed" is appearing for all of them, and everyone's system is updated. For them their is 1.20.11, what do we do.
