connection problem on certain wifi connections and mobile networks

for some reason, whenever I try to enter any server on my home wifi or on my mobile network (4G), it says "unable to connect to the server", but when I try to connect to the servers using my neighbor's wifi or the from my friends, it connects normally, for me it would be no problem to use my neighbor's wifi, but as it is far away the connection is very bad, so I would like help with this problem to be able to play on my home wifi
