Glow Squid not spawning v1.20.10

Glow Squid aren’t spawning in anywhere, I’ve followed all the guidelines (below y60 and lower, no light, etc.) and I’ve waited a couple hours in both the day time and night time. I just updated to v1.20.10 and my switch is fully up to date and has been restarted. I also tested on another device.
