Enemy keep multiplying on the xbox one version

When a new enemy appears they sometimes multibly into 2 or 3 enemies, so far i have only noticed this on ice but it might happen on every terrain, this is very common it happens to 1 out of every 3 enemies, i can't find a way to fix this and it is affecting all my worlds, hope you can help
