A world I worked on was deleted and I cant recover it

I was done for the day in my Minecraft world, called Phoenixcraft survival, so I saved the world and I logged out of Minecraft on 7/10/2023 and when I logged back in on the 11, the next day, the world I worked on for 10 days was gone.
