guardian antigravity glitch

so, i had this glitch on my tablet, which sadly does not work anymore, where if you set up a dispenser placing/picking up water at a rapid pace high in the sky, say, a tower for example, if you put a guardian in the rapidly changing water, its gravity gets removed and starts swimming in the air like it would under water.

how to recreate: fist build a pillar out of a non transparent block, say about 100 blocks high, then grab a dispenser and place it on that tower. put a water bucket inside the dispenser. set up a comparator clock circut and attach it to the dispenser. activate the circut. and lastly, place a guardian in the water that is being placed/scooped up by the dispenser
