Recovery Compass doesn't exist on Minecraft: Pocket Edition

The Recovery Compass is not in the game on MCPE.

It's not in the tools tab of the creative inventory with the clock and compass, the are 0 search results when looking for the "Recovery Compass" in the creative inventory, it cannot be given with commands.
