Observer Block only has ONE position when facing down

Hi all,

I tried to place an Observer block facing down in different positions, but I only get one positions for this block. With my characther, I tried to place the block in different positions, but I only get one position.

I has this issue in a REALM on iPad iOS 16.5.1 and I tried to replicate on an Android iPhone with these results:

• In a creative mode, this issue had not happen
• Into the same REAL, I get the same issue that I have in my iPad
