Synchronization error portals

Hello. Since the update Minecraft Bedrock v.1.20.x, the synchronization of the Nether portals (upper world/underworld) no longer works properly. As soon as you walk through the portal, no matter which direction (no matter if old or newly built portal) you spawn in blocks or fall into a cave under the portal if you have one, which is very annoying. This is a serious bug that should be fixed immediately. Blocks and mobs are also constantly disappearing.
