Minecraft invild pack crashing in Friend connection

Hacker can send a invild pack to the server to crash the server.
-->Can Mojang make a protection to detect the invild pack or dengerous pack? My server get crashed for 23 time per day.

I have tried to make Anti-cheat but also can't detect crasher, because I don't have this technology to check the pack that send and get. I have played minecraft for 6 year and be a server owner. My server almost destroyed by hacker.

-->Can Mojang fix the Anti-cheat to let hacker can't inject their client.
