it's stay Loading( the world )

I want to play with my friend ( he is on his phone , and I'm on my computer ) we have the same version , but i don't know why it's doesn't working( it's saying me 'Loading' and a few after , it's saying me 'Log out from the server. help please !! ( I'm French ) x)) help please!!
