/fill dont work properly

When you do a /fill the limit its 32768 blocks so ok but when you do the /fill you have a chance for the /fill dont work with the message of "Cannot place blocks outside the world" and the fill  dont work.

It's boring because we waste a lot of time to find the affected area so repair this bug pls.
