Lost the ability to Drop item and access the inventory.

I was playing and ive been trying to drop items for the past 2 hours im playing on the default control scheme so down is my drop i had access to my inventory originally and left the realm to See if it would fix upon rentering the realm i had lost access to my inventory. I cant open the menu at all.
