Device still vibrates with Mouse and keyboard

After this recent update, when using rub usb to connect the mouse and keyboard, I notice that even with the vibration when breaking the block off, it continues to vibrate, the arrow on the mouse always disappears, so I have to stay connected and disconnected, not only on my device but on my wife's also having the same problem, please solve it urgently
